The third new service is Keys to the Match, an AI-powered feature that provides three insights per player before every match, tapping into rankings, head-to-head statistics, win probabilities, and strengths.

Other changes have been made this year to existing AO technology offerings, including providing fans with speech to image generative AI to create virtual tennis courts to play tennis in virtual reality, the Infosys Match Centre to offer AI-powered experiences, including AI Commentary, for real-time, context-aware narratives, and the AI Shot of the Day to generate highlight videos for media coverage and AI video analytics to provide players and coaches with insights.
