Yemi Adegbonmire is an entertainment and technology attorney with a distinguished career spanning media, corporate governance, and public advocacy. As Vice President of Legal and Associate General Counsel at Cineverse, Yemi provides legal strategy, risk mitigation, growth, and business alignment across Cineverse’s media technologies and its expansive digital content and distribution ecosystem.

Prior to joining Cineverse, Yemi served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at The Bail Project and previously held executive legal roles at The Walt Disney Company, advising on digital marketing, privacy regulations, global content distribution, gaming, and intellectual property matters. Her expertise also extends to network television, having provided legal counsel on high-profile programming at the ABC Television Network.
