Despite an intense search operation involving drones and trained shooters, visibility was hampered by dense fog, delaying efforts to locate both the wolf and the missing infant.
Reports indicate an alarming rise in wolf attacks in the region, with 11 lives claimed since September 9, prompting Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to authorize decisive action. Efforts have since been expedited, with four wolves killed, but the community remains on high alert as the search for Arvi continues.
