A devastating incident in northeast Delhi’s Brahampuri area resulted in the death of an elderly woman and injured her 15-year-old grandson. The roof of their rented home collapsed suddenly on Monday around 2.30 am, according to local police.
Both victims were asleep at the time of the collapse, becoming trapped under the falling debris. They were quickly transported to a nearby hospital. Tragically, the woman succumbed to her injuries while her grandson received medical treatment and was later discharged.
