The pilates session will be led by the one-and-only Phoebe Parsons, and soundtracked by ultra-energising DJ beats – so one thing’s for sure, it’ll be a sweat sesh. Then, post-flow, be sure to refuel with canned matcha from one of Brisbane’s go-to names for that green goodness, Lematch.
We all know, as Brisbane locals, we all love to embrace the outdoors, from beach days to riverside walks and park picnics, we’re constantly soaking up the sun. So, it’s only fitting that skin health takes centre stage at 11 AM. Enjoy a front-row seat with a specialist-led panel, who will be sharing practical insights on healthcare, gut health, lymphatic support, and modern cosmetic treatments. Talk about health is wealth!
Rest & reset
This is a Wellness Weekend that truly considers every detail. After an all-inclusive lunch prepared by personal chefs, Saturday afternoon invites you to slow down and restfully reset the nervous system. Led by the founder of House of Motion, Karen Logan, Return to You is a relaxing workshop purposefully designed to help you reconnect inward and regulate your nerves.
As the day winds down, step into a deeply restorative evening sound healing session in collaboration with KAILO with Carmen Lee-Shnider. Expect soothing vibrations, sound bowls, KAILO’s signature smoothies, and the ultimate turn-down within a sleek hotel location.
Sunday fun-day
No, it doesn’t stop there – Sunday continues the wellness journey. Start your morning with an 8 AM yoga session led by Amanda, the Westin’s in-house yoga ambassador, followed by a nourishing breakfast designed to awaken the body and prepare you for the day ahead.
And finally, close the weekend (we know, we’re emotional too), a 10 AM Breathwork and Embodiment session hosted by Davina Rankin will be there to melt your woes away. Focused on slowing down, regulating, and reconnecting with your body, it’s the perfect finale to a weekend of intentional wellbeing.
