Health Update: Health Update: Water Lane United Reformed Church to host fundraising health and wellness festival on Monday, May 4 – What Experts Say– What Experts Say.
A church in Bishop’s Stortford is opening its doors for a bank holiday health and wellness festival.
The fundraising event for the Water Lane United Reformed Church will take place on Monday May 4, from 10am to 5pm.
Organised by Jemma Golds and Melanie Bliss, it will bring together a range of wellbeing practices including Pilates, sound healing, breathwork and meditation sessions.

It will also feature qi gong, the ancient Chinese wellness practice that combines slow movements, deep breathing and meditation.
There will be opportunities to enjoy massage, reflexology and chakra balancing, and to browse a variety of wellbeing stalls. Each session will cost £7, payable on the day.
The church, opposite Waitrose, offers a peaceful and nurturing space for people to relax, recharge and explore different approaches to wellbeing, while raising money to continue its community support.
