The Vitality Reset Health & Wellness Festival will take place on Saturday, Jan. 3 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. outdoors on the street directly in front of Willsol Wellness at 307 E. 2nd Street in beautiful, downtown Sanford.

Willsol Wellness and the Sanford Herald have teamed up to host the event with over 50 health, wellness, nutrition, fitness and many other vendors. Speakers will also add to the day with topics on “How to have a Healthier You in 2026.”

Paul Williams, owner of Willsol Wellness added that a wellness event like Vitality Reset is important for Seminole County because it brings health, education and community together in an accessible and welcoming way.

“Many people want to live healthier lives but don’t always know where to start or what resources are available locally,” he said. “This festival creates a space where residents can connect directly with wellness practitioners, small businesses, and educators all in one place. It encourages preventative care, supports local vendors and strengthens community connections—helping people feel empowered to take small, meaningful steps toward better health and overall well-being.”

Sanford Herald owner, Randy Green shared that  the festival is timed with the New Year, when Americans are focused on positive change.

“This event unites dozens of health, wellness, fitness and nutrition companies dedicated to helping people start the year healthier and stronger,” said Green. “The One Blood Bus will also be present for attendees to donate blood.”

Green also cited that this is the first of what hopefully will be a twice-yearly health and wellness event in downtown Sanford.

He continued, “People attend a health and wellness expo because it offers a convenient, engaging way to improve their well-being while discovering new resources and ideas, all in one place.

Key reasons include:

  1. Access to Experts – Attendees can speak directly with health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, and mental health professionals and get personalized advice.
  2. Discover New Products & Services – Expos showcase the latest wellness products, fitness programs, supplements, screenings, and lifestyle services people may not find elsewhere.
  3. Motivation & Inspiration – Being surrounded by wellness-focused brands and individuals encourages attendees to start—or recommit to—healthy lifestyle changes.
  4. Networking & Community – Attendees connect with like-minded people and local businesses that support ongoing wellness.
  5. Convenience – Instead of researching multiple providers, attendees can explore dozens of wellness options in one visit.
  6. Exclusive Offers – Many exhibitors provide expo-only discounts, giveaways, or trial opportunities.
  7. Support for Long-Term Health – Expos empower attendees with tools and knowledge to make sustainable, everyday health improvements.

Williams also has a strong commitment to a healthy festival because he feels that wellness and well-being mean living in alignment, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

“It’s about creating balance in daily life, not chasing perfection,” said Williams. “True wellness looks different for everyone, but at its core it’s having the tools, support and awareness to care for yourself, manage stress, stay connected to your community and feel empowered in your own health journey. It’s not just about feeling good in the moment, but about building sustainable habits that support a healthy, fulfilling life over time.”

One of the core goals of the Vitality Reset Festival, according to Green and Williams, is to encourage participants to explore nutrition and healthy eating resources in a practical, approachable way.

“The event connects attendees with local nutrition experts, wellness vendors, and food-focused businesses who offer education, products and real-world solutions,” said Williams. “Rather than promoting one specific approach, the festival invites people to learn, ask questions and discover options that fit their individual lifestyles, making healthy eating feel accessible, sustainable and empowering.”

The event will offer ways to manage stress through taking a whole-person approach to wellness and mental health is a key part of that, according to Williams. He stated that attendees will have access to mental health counselors and wellness professionals who can provide guidance, resources and supportive conversations. In addition, the festival environment itself is designed to encourage connection, education, and balance, helping people discover tools for stress management, emotional well-being and healthier ways to navigate daily life.

A highlight of  a variety of exercise and movement options designed to meet people where they are, will also be available at the festival.

“Physical activity is a key pillar of overall wellness and Vitality Reset introduces participants to accessible, sustainable ways to move their bodies,” said Williams. “Attendees will be able to learn about fitness and movement offerings available at Willsol Wellness, including classes and programs from Salty AF Pilates, Sanford Pelvic Therapy and Wellness, and Pure Performance Sports Training. These providers focus on strength, mobility, injury prevention, functional movement, and mindful exercise. The goal is not intensity or performance, but helping people discover movement practices they enjoy and can realistically incorporate into their daily lives.”

For those interested in a more holistic approach the Vitality Reset Festival will also introduce participants to a wide range of holistic options that support the mind, body and spirit.

“Attendees will be able to explore holistic services available through Willsol Wellness,” said Williams. “These practitioners represent integrative approaches to wellness that focus on detoxification, skin health, relaxation and overall balance. The festival encourages people to look beyond traditional models of health and discover holistic resources that support long-term well-being. A full list of holistic options and practitioners can be found at www.willsolwellness.com.”

In addition to holistic, homeopathic and natural health options will also be represented, Williams mentioned.

“The event gives participants the opportunity to explore alternative and complementary approaches to wellness that focus on supporting the body’s natural ability to heal,” he said. “Through local practitioners and wellness vendors connected with Willsol Wellness, attendees can learn about homeopathic remedies, plant-based solutions and natural lifestyle approaches. The goal is to provide education and awareness, allowing individuals to make informed choices about the wellness paths that best support their personal health needs.”

Hosts elaborated that attendees can expect a variety of giveaways and interactive experiences throughout the Vitality Reset Festival. Many vendors will be offering product samples, wellness starter kits, discount vouchers, free consultations, class passes and educational materials. There will also be opportunities to enter raffles and drawings for wellness services, fitness memberships, and locally made products. These giveaways are designed to encourage people to try new wellness resources and leave the event with practical tools they can use long after the festival ends.

The Vitality Reset Festival will feature a wide and diverse group of businesses, healthcare providers, wellness practitioners, nonprofits and community organizations. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with practitioners from Willsol Wellness, including Salty AF Pilates, Wave and Root Colon Hydrotherapy, The Dirty Esthetician, Ignite Health and Hormone, Sanford Pelvic Therapy and Wellness, Intuitive Flow Massage, Pure Performance Sports Training, and Beast Coast Nutrition.

In addition, the festival will host a broad range of medical, fitness, holistic, and lifestyle vendors such as Florida Blue, Nationwide Insurance, Seacoast Bank, HCA Healthcare, OneBlood, Narra Primary Care, Ascend Psychiatry & Wellness, Simmons Counseling, Health in Motion Chiropractic, River City Chiropractic, Cole Spine and Performance, Absolute Health Professionals, HomeTown Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine, Natural Wellness by Anita, Vitality Living Lake Forest, Recovery House, Rhythmically Rooted Family LLC, F3 Workouts, CrossFit Muster Station, CrossFit eXalted, GYMGUYZ, Front Running Sports, Oviedo YMCA, Orange City Yoga, Team Trinity Fit, Sanford Bicycle Club, Oracle Organics, Raw Press Juice Company, GoJuice DeBary, Mommy and Me Superfoods, Lion Wolf and the Kitchen, Arbonne International, Young Living Essential Oils, Lifewave, Healing With Heather, At The Living Tree, RECHARGE DeLand, Gateway City Coffee, Hollerbach with Purpose, Gaucha Empanadas, Sunshine State Threads, and many more.
