Health Update: Ready to feel good? Free Louisville health festival brings pickleball, sauna and more – What Experts Say

The Louisville Chamber of Commerce will host a free, all-ages community event spotlighting local health, wellness and fitness this weekend.

AdventHealth Avista and Colorado Concierge Functional Medicine are partnering with the chamber to put on the Feel Good Festival 2026 on Saturday at Relish Pickleball and Food Hall.

The event begins at 10 a.m. at 550 McCaslin Blvd.

Talks and mini-sessions with local health care and wellness providers will cover topics including “Medicare 101” and “The Hidden Drivers of Heart Disease.”

Attendees can register in advance for pickleball clinics and open-play sessions at various skill levels throughout the day, with slots scheduled as late as 8 p.m. Walk-up pickleball will be available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Louisville Cyclery will lead three levels of guided bike rides from noon to 12:45 p.m.

Guided meditation, sauna and cold plunge sessions, along with children’s art activities and games, will also be available throughout the day.
