Health Update: Health Update: Osage Centre to host 2026 Health & Wellness Expo – What Experts Say– What Experts Say.
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) – The Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department says the public is welcome to attend the 2026 Health & Wellness Expo.
The Expo will be held at the Osage Centre on March 14, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
The free event will feature cooking and fitness demonstrations, food samples, senior living information, and health screenings.
The screenings include blood pressure, cardiovascular risks, body mass index, postural analysis, vision and hearing testing, flexibility and endurance testing and girth measurements.
Parks Department officials say the expo is a one-stop shop for all things health and wellness
