One of my favorite things about Owensboro Burger Week is that everyone is out and about having fun, enjoying delicious food, and supporting local businesses. At this point, it’s become a tradition for lots of folks to get together with friends or co-workers to try as many burgers as possible. With 57 options this year, surely there is at least one that will tickle your fancy.
While Chad is over here eating all those burgers and losing weight (ANNOYING!), not everyone has that kind of metabolism. Even if you do, it’s good to be reminded of ways to focus on overall wellness. Especially when you know you are going to overload your body on greasy burgers.

Pick up the card at Owensboro Burger Week sponsor locations. Complete 5 activities in a row and turn in your card at the Healthpark on Ford Ave. by March 14th for a gift and be entered into a prize drawing. Prizes for prize drawing include:

The activities are easy and helpful as we all indulge in two weeks packed with meat and cheese. Yummmmmm yum! Suggestions like taking a walk in a park or drinking a glass of water to start the day are totally doable, right? I love that one square is actually encouragement to eat a burger with a friend.
