Organized under the theme “Swasthya Se Sadhna – Harmony of Body, Mind, and Soul,” the week-long initiative focused on promoting holistic wellness, encompassing physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual harmony.

The event was inaugurated at GAIL’s Corporate Office by Mr. Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), who highlighted the success of the company’s flagship wellness program Spandan (स्पंदन).
