SHERMAN, Texas (KXII) – Durant Wellness Center fitness specialist Josh Pond joined Caroline on Talk of the Town to discuss tips for sticking to your New Year’s resolutions.
For fitness for health and wellness, Pond recommends implementing a program that uses low-intensity workouts “over the long haul.”
Working up to dedicating 150 minutes of exercising per week can make a difference in your personal health, according to Pond.
Pond says resistance training exercises for improving personal health can be performed at home, using household items such as boxes and sticks.
