Yvonne Connolly has said ‘I do!’ in a stunning New York ceremony this weekend.

The Irish model has been in a relationship with cinematographer John Conroy for 14 years, with the couple finally tying the knot on Saturday.

Yvonne shared the exciting news via Instagram, sharing a picture from the big day alongside her now husband.

The mum-of-three looked stunning in an off-the-shoulder white silk dress, which she teamed with a bouquet of white flowers.

The bride wore her hair down and was beaming from ear to ear in the photo.

‘I married the love of my life today in New York City enveloped by our 9 children,’ the bride wrote, ‘Tears of joy and happiness have been shed and our true love celebrated.

’14 years together and I love you more and more everyday John Conroy. You are the most beautiful, kind, funny, intelligent, talented man and I am blessed to now call you my husband.

‘Here’s to Forever my Darling. Xx.’

Friends and followers took to the comments full of well wishes, with Glenda Gilson writing: ‘Two winners. Thrilled for you both.’

The couple first met in 2011, with thanks to Yvonne’s daughter Missy, who had been acting in a movie, which John was also working on.

Speaking to Evoke previously, Yvonne said ‘it was love at first sight.’

She recalled: ‘It was probably not until the end of the movie that we probably all went to Sweden for about three weeks to shoot after shooting in Ireland and that’s when I really got to know him.’

Yvonne has trhee children — Jack, Missy and Ali — from her previous marriage to Boyzone’s Ronan Keating.

John has six children from a previous relationship — Lauren, Grace, Christian, Gabe, Rian and Fionn.
