Savannah Guthrie’s mom, Nancy Guthrie, is still missing, and the latest ransom demand has a tight deadline that is fast approaching.

Flanked by her siblings, Savannah said, “We received your message,” and that, “This is the only way we will have peace. This is very valuable to us, and we will pay.”

An FBI spokesman said Savannah was referring to a message that was sent to the Tucson-based television station KOLD on Friday.

The station declined to share details about the message’s contents as the FBI conducted its review.

It has been claimed that the ransom note reportedly seeks $6 million in Bitcoin, with a tight deadline of 5pm on Monday, February 9.

After the ransom letter was sent to news organizations last week, Nancy’s children, Cameron, Annie, and Savannah, released a video pleading with the abductors to free their mother.

“We received your message, and we understand,” Savannah said while sitting between her two siblings.

“We beg you now to return our mother to us so that we can celebrate with her. This is the only way we will have peace. This is very valuable to us, and we will pay.”

It comes as detectives and agents continued to perform follow-up work at multiple locations as part of the investigation, according to an email Sunday from the Pima County Sheriff’s Department.

The agency said in the email to the media that it would not yet provide details about that work.

“Investigators have not identified any suspects, persons of interest, or vehicles connected to this case,” read the email.

Two marked sheriff’s cars and another vehicle arrived at Nancy’s house around midday on Sunday, and at least two people went to the back of the home for more than 20 minutes before leaving without comment.

Investigators believe Nancy was taken against her will last weekend from her home just outside Tucson. DNA tests showed blood on Savannah’s front porch was a match to her, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos has said.

The White House said President Donald Trump called Savannah last week. The president told reporters on Friday that there are clues in the case “that I think are very strong.”

Authorities say they have growing concerns about Nancy’s health because she needs daily medication. She is said to have a pacemaker and has dealt with high blood pressure and heart issues, according to the sheriff’s dispatcher audio.
