2. ‘Piano Pulse’ rebrands to ‘Music Pulse’, Nota Baloyi joins as host

The popular and controversial South African podcast, “Piano Pulse”, has now rebranded to “Music Pulse”, and music producer Nota Baloyi was also announced as the newest addition as a host.

The rebrand was announced during a live re-shuffle event on YouTube on Tuesday, February 24.

The rebranded show is set to broaden its scope beyond amapiano, encompassing various genres such as hip hop, gospel, house, Afro house, maskandi and others.

3. Rachel Kolisi breaks her silence in ‘Falling Forward’ preview

Rachel Kolisi gave fans a glimpse into her upcoming documentary, “Falling Forward”, as well as the behind-the-scenes following a video shared on Instagram.

In it, Kolisi reflected on her past choices, sharing that she is no longer willing to settle for a life of self-sacrifice.

“I have sacrificed myself, my mental health, my emotional health, my physical health. I’ve sacrificed for too long, and I don’t want to do that anymore. I’ve chosen to take the longer, harder healing road,” she shared.

Reality TV stars Siza Dlamini and Slindile Nibe have publicly announced that they have decided to call it quits after sharing a joint statement on social media.

“This is extremely difficult to express, but because the support you have given us was appreciated during and after the reality show, we felt it was important to let you know that after much reflection, we have decided to amicably separate,” the statement read.

South African musician Danya Devs (real name Sphelele Dunywa) recently expressed gratitude for everyone who came to support him after the passing of his mother.

In a lengthy caption on Instagram, Danya Devs shared that laying his mother to rest was the hardest day of his life, and although he is not one to speak a lot, he had to honour her how she raised him, which is through music.

“I’m not someone who speaks too much, but I honoured her the only way I know how – through song and through dance. That’s how she raised me. That’s how she understood me,” he shared.

Ndamase also recently visited Turkey for the Istanbul Fashion Connection 2026 and was also seen at several fashion shows hosted at the event.
