“It was a spiritual, very exhilarating close to God kind of experience,” Sam shared over the weekend on social media in a message that also lauded Justin’s wife Emily. “This little guy filled our home with such joy all those years ago and to this day his presence lights up not only our lives but all those around him. I am so proud of my son for the man he has become and how he never stops learning about life, about love, about family and friendship, and about how to show up for the people he cares about most.”
He added, “Son, In a year full of turmoil and injustice you have remained steadfast in your faith knowing that truth and justice will prevail!”
Meanwhile, the It Ends with Us director’s mother posted a photo of a quotation from the Baha’i writings.
She added a personal message: “I never imagined I would see the words ‘Justice for Justin’ from people all over the world, in support of my son. I thank you all, from the depth of my soul to those who have championed him to this point in these difficult times.”

Baldoni married his wife Emily, with whom he shares two children, in July 2013.
He has been embroiled in a legal battle with Lively since December 2024, though court exhibits confirmed reports that Baldoni hired a crisis pr firm in early August 2024.
After Baldoni and Lively worked together in the 2024 movie based on Colleen Hoover’s novel of the same name — she starred, while he costarred and directed — Lively filed a complaint about Baldoni’s behavior with the California Civil Rights Department. She accused him of sexual harassment on the set and of having coordinated an online smear campaign against her to cause harm to her reputation. He’s denied the accusations against him.
A long saga has played out since then, with her officially suing Baldoni, his company, and his public relations team. He filed a countersuit, which was thrown out by a judge in November.
