EvilleCon is set to take over the Owensboro Convention Center from March 20-22, bringing a celebration of pop culture, cosplay, and community to fans of all ages.
The annual anime and pop culture convention will feature more than 40 vendors offering handmade crafts, collectibles, and merchandise, as well as appearances from a variety of voice actors and cosplay guests. Among the featured guests are Brian Mathis, Dani Chambers, Jessie Grelle, Ichigorose, and Tia Ballard.
Vendor booths will be open each day from noon to 6 p.m., giving attendees time to shop, meet guests, and explore the interactive experiences without long lines.
In addition to vendor booths, EvilleCon will include a cosplay contest judged on craftsmanship, live music performances, character-wrapped cards, and even a karaoke session.
“We’re excited to bring EvilleCon YEAR OF THE HORSE to Owensboro and create an event where fans can meet special Voice actor guests, Cosplay Guests, Entertainment, and featured panelists,” said organizer Dylan Beals.
Beals said the event is designed to provide a safe and inclusive environment for fans to celebrate Japanese anime culture and form connections with others who share similar interests.
