She’s no longer a city girl as Emily Atack ups sticks in favour of moving to the serene, peaceful countryside.

As the Rivals actress prepared for a new chapter of her life, she reflected on her big moves in the past, from being a ‘single girl’ in a flat in Camden to raising her firstborn in North London.

Emily shared a series of photos as she packed up her home (and life) in London, making sure to raise a toast with her fiancé, Dr Alistair Garner, in celebration.

Emily wrote: ‘Every couple of years, these lads [a team of movers] turn up and move me and my mad collection of homeware on to pastures new.

‘From single girl flats in Camden, to where I had my baby in North London. Now the big one. As me Al, Barney and Penny have moved out of London and to the countryside to our dream home.

‘In true me fashion, I have formed an emotional bond to a removal company, and I won’t have anyone tell me otherwise.’

The past two years have been big for Emily, as she announced her engagement to her beau, Alistair, in July 2025.

She sweetly told of how her man is different from any of her exes because he always shows an outpouring of love and support. Speaking to The Times, Emily said: ‘He is so proud of me, and I’ve never had that before from a man.’

Emily and Alistair will be celebrating again soon, as their son, Barney, turns two years old in June. We’re certain there’ll be a big family bash in their ‘dream home’.
