Christina Aguilera is showing her family some elastic love.

The Bionic singer offered a look into her trip to Costa Rica with fiancé Matt Rutler and their daughter Summer Rain, 11, and they left no activity untouched.

“La Paz Waterfall Gardens & Wildlife Refuge. Thank you for the wonderful tour and the breath of fresh air,” Christina, 45, wrote on the March 25 Instagram video, which sees her family walking through the tropical forest. “Pura vida xxx.”

The trio first took photos near the waterfall before visiting a few jungle cats, birds, monkeys, and frogs at the sanctuary’s zoo. Though those animals were tucked away behind the glass, they were able to interact with some butterflies at another exhibit. In a couple clips, Summer can be seen smiling alongside her mom, marking a rare appearance on Christina’s Instagram.

Keeping on theme with their nature adventure, “Genie in a Bottle” star—also mom to son Max, 17, with ex-husband Jordan Bratman—and Matt wore an athletic set, while Summer opted for an oversized top and shorts.

This isn’t the first time Christina and Matt, who got engaged in 2014, have made memories with their daughter around the world. Indeed, the Burlesque alum shared photos of their trip to Japan on Instagram last November, and Max tagged along for the ride.

And while her parents tend to keep Summer out of the spotlight, they celebrate the big moments—such as Matt’s tribute to his daughter on her milestone 10th birthday in August 2024.

“Double digits and a world of possibilities ahead,” the 41-year-old wrote on Instagram that month. “Watching you grow into the amazing person you are has been the greatest adventure. Here’s to many more memories, laughs, and endless love. So proud and lucky to be your dad.”

Meanwhile, Christina has praised her daughter for following in her acting footsteps.

“I never want to push anything on my kids,” she said on the Jennifer Hudson Show last December. “Whatever they’re passionate about, I’m there to support it. But she has taken an interest in acting, so she’s had a few lessons.”

However, the teen isn’t limiting her artistic voice to just one medium.

“She’s such an artist,” the Back to Basics explained. “She paints, she draws, she makes beautiful masks, and she’s just so creative, but she’s definitely her own thing.”
