Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins 2026 must be one of the toughest editions yet of the series, as three more stars have quit early.

On Sunday night’s show, the number of stars to leave the series before the finish line rose to eight, a staggering number given the line-up consisted of fourteen people. But whether it was due to injury or to not feeling up to the challenge mentally or physically, celebrities from both the UK and Australia teams have now thrown in the towel.

The episode’s first casualty came early, when Neighbours star Ryan Moloney withdrew from the tough show after the Directing Staff were advised that doing another challenge could “ruin him”.

The actor had a sleepless night, and the next morning, he said he was “mentally spiralling” and could not remember if he had taken his ADHD medicine or if he had taken it twice, ahead of the latest challenge.

When he was assessed by medical staff, they said, “Today is going to be chaotic; if he was to go further, it would ruin him.”

Jason “Foxy” Fox went to speak with Moloney as a result, when the actor said: “I’d love to be available for all of the challenge, I’d love to be here, but yeah, I am going to withdraw.”

Fox said in response: “I think it’s the right move, because ultimately, this is just a course you’ve got the rest of your life to embrace.. But please hold your head high, you’ve been awesome.”

In a VT, Moloney said of what he’d take away from the competition: “I did something that I was scared of doing, and I did it anyway, and now I can actually kind of go, this is me, I get this, and it’s fine.”

Moloney was then swiftly followed by Graeme Swann, who was forced to withdraw after sustaining an arm injury during a rescue mission. He was left in tears at the prospect of leaving.

The ex-England cricketer said: “I’ve played sport for a living, so I accept the risks involved physically.”

Going on to speak to Directing Staff before his exit from camp, he said: “It’s been amazing, it’s been emotional, f**k me, you can break people, can’t you?”

The episode then saw Gladiators star Toby Olubi also leave the competition. Following a second challenge in which they had to save a hostage in two teams (Alpha and Bravo), the Directing Staff called him a “liability” to his teammates for not paying close attention to instructions.

Billy Billingham said, “If somebody cannot remain focused, then they’re no use to us, they are a part of your family, but they have to go. It’s as simple as that.”

It was then that Olubi was pulled out of the competition, and the Gladiator said in response: “It’s been a pleasure, guys.” He was interrupted from giving a speech by the Directing Staff, who told him to leave the competition.

The three stars join Jessika Power, Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Jack Joseph, Axle Whitehead, and Cole Anderson-James in exiting the competition early.

This means Team Britain is now comprised of Dani Dyer, Gaby Allen, and Ben Cohen, while Team Australia has Brad Hodge, Emily Seebohm, and Mack Horton left.

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins continues Monday at 9pm on Channel 4.
