Ayyy!
Michelle Obama gave Henry Winkler two thumbs up.
After calling him “very cute” on the latest episode of her IMO podcast, which was released on Wednesday, December 24, the former first lady discussed the actor’s character, Arthur “Fonzie” Fonzarelli, on Happy Days, which aired from 1974 to 1984.
“Let me tell you who the Fonz was, at least to me,” she told the Barry star, 80.

“First of all, sexy. Now, what did I know about sexy?” admitted Obama, who said she “grew up with” the sitcom.
“I’m sitting differently in my chair right now,” interjected Winkler.
“At that age — and I can’t do the math but I was young — I saw on the screen the coolest [guy],” she gushed, noting that he seemed at least 6-foot-3 to her at the time.
“Think an even cooler version of John Travolta. Thick, black luscious italian hair slicked back. The Fonz is on his bike, black leather jacket, T-shirt underneath. Cool,” she described, adding that when she first saw him in the leather jacket, “it did something to me. It’s like, Woo.”

“Not only was he handsome, but he was the strong, silent type,” Obama continued. “He didn’t say much until he said something. He was usually the moral order of Happy Days. It was sexy, cool, good-hearted tough guy. And loyal.”
Winkler was clearly flattered. “I’m a human being on this Earth. I’m an American. I’ve watched you over all of these years be this powerful presence in the universe,” he told her. “And you’re telling me…[this]. I don’t have to say another word. I can go home now.”
