It’s the end of the road for Alec and Hilaria Baldwin at their Hamptons, New York estate. They are very eager to find a buyer, but there might be a catch to the couple’s “next chapter.”
On March 10, Hilaria took to her Instagram account to pitch the property, hoping to find “the next owners” for their “piece of paradise.” In the video, the 42-year-old yoga guru shared why she, Alec, and their seven kids loved the home so much.

“We spend summers in our pool. We go down to the beach which is really close to where we are, the kids go to camp there. We cook, we spend time together,” she explained. “It is such an amazing place.”

Hilaria teased a “new adventure,” but admitted that she couldn’t reveal the details just yet. The extensive estate, which boasts five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a home movie theater, and a wine-tasting room, is going to require a deep-pocketed buyer, as it’s currently listed for $19,995,000.
Still, there are questions about the couple’s finances after the Rust tragedy in 2022. They first listed the home in November 2022 for $29 million, a year after the accidental shooting on the set of the film, which killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. The Baldwins haven’t found a buyer even after they’ve knocked down the price several times, and Alec made a promotional video sharing the history of the home he’s owned since 1995.
“I fell in love with this place the moment I came here,” Baldwin gushed in the January 2024 YouTube clip. “You just can’t get this out here anymore. I love coming here. I’m always happiest when I come here.”
In the wake of the tragedy, the 67-year-old actor’s career has never recovered, and the family has taken other opportunities in Hollywood. The family did a one-season TLC reality show, The Baldwins, and Hilaria competed on Season 34 of Dancing With the Stars.
The legal bills for the Rust accident were likely staggering since Alec had to hire defense attorneys in his criminal case (the charges were dropped in 2024), he settled a civil case with Hutchins’ family, and settled a second civil case with Rust crew members. Alec is currently involved in a civil case against New Mexico prosecutors and investigators for mishandling evidence.
