Alan Lovesey, 32, of Mill Way, Fulstow, Louth. At Wragby, on August 12, committed assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Community Order made. Alcohol Abstinence and Monitoring Requirement – number of days to abstain from consuming any alcohol: 120. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: 25 days. Unpaid Work Requirement: 200 hours. £85 costs. £114 victim surcharge. Also, damaged a pair of sunglasses and household fixtures to the value of £250, with intent or through recklessness. Community Order made, as above. £250 compensation to pay.

Joshua Holmes, 26, of Queen Street, Market Rasen. At Lincoln, on February 18, damaged a vehicle, with intent or through recklessness. Community Order Made. Alcohol Treatment Requirement – period of treatment: six months. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 20 days. Restraining Order made. £85 costs. Conviction of an offence while a Community Order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court on December 23, 2025, for the offences of assault by beating (two counts) and assault of an emergency worker was in force. No adjudication – dealt with for original offences. For each offence, Community Order made, as above. Community Order made on December 23, 2025, revoked.

Luke Farenden, 51, of Lancaster Road, Brookenby, Market Rasen. At Louth, on the Fairfield Industrial Estate, on February 3, drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 74 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. £120 fine. £85 costs. £48 victim surcharge.

Philip Hutson, 54, of Arran Close, Sleaford. At Greylees, in Arran Close, on February 1, drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 116 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Disqualified from driving for 28 months. £807 fine. £85 costs. £323 victim surcharge.

Olita Paberzs, 54, of Main Road, Anwick, Sleaford. At Anwick, on the A153, on February 4, drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 67 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. £583 fine. £85 costs. £233 victim surcharge.

Richard Beck, 46, of Price Road, Cubbington, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. At Skegness, in Old Roman Bank, on November 4, 2024, drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 107 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Community order made. Alcohol Treatment Requirement – period of treatment: six months. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 15 days. Disqualified from driving for 30 months. £114 victim surcharge. Also, drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Driving record endorsed. No separate penalty Also, used a vehicle without insurance. Driving record endorsed. No separate penalty.

Aidan Collins, 22, of Old Boston Road, Coningsby. At Metheringham, in Moor Lane, on December 7, drove when the proportion of alcohol equalled 80 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Community Order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 10 days. Unpaid Work Requirement: 60 hours. Disqualified from driving for 40 months. £85 costs. £114 victim surcharge.

Richard Welbourn, 48, of Elizabeth Road, Boston. At Boston, in Frieston Road, on February 11, drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 50 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. £400 fine. £85 costs. £160 victim surcharge.

Luke Rowan, 21, of Old Market Avenue, Spilsby. At Hundleby, Spilsby, in Masonic Lane, on November 1, drove when the proportion of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (cannabis) in blood equalled 4.4 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 2mcg. Disqualified from driving for 47 months. Committed to prison for four months, suspended for 12 months. Also, drove while disqualified. Driving record endorsed. Committed to prison for four months, suspended for 12 months. Total custodial sentence: four months. Also, used a vehicle without insurance. Driving record endorsed. No separate penalty.

Joseph Fowler, 40, c/o Salem Lane, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. At Horncastle, in Spilsby Road, on November 25, drove when the proportion of benzoylecgonine (a cocaine metabolite) in blood equalled 240 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 50mcg. Disqualified from driving for 16 months. £120 fine. £85 costs.

HARASSMENT/ALARM/DISTRESS:

Richard Franckeiss, 58, of Westgate, Sleaford. At Sleaford, in Southgate, on January 5, with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, used offensive language, thereby causing harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated. £100 compensation to pay. £200 fine. At Sleaford, on the same date, stole two bottles of wine from Chama Newsagents. £80 fine.

IN CHARGE OF A VEHICLE WHEN OVER LIMIT:

Sian Mason, 31, of Lancaster Avenue, Skegness. At Skegness, on Skegness beach, were in charge of a vehicle when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 68 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 35mcg. Disqualified from driving for six months. Notional penalty points: 10. £100 fine. £85 costs. £40 victim surcharge.

Lewis Pape, 33, of Sawtry Road, Middlesbrough. At Skegness, on December 3, acted as a pedlar without having obtained a certificate under the Pedlars Act 1871. Defendant to be deprived of ID card. £50 fine. £85 costs.
