GOUVERNEUR — Troopers charged Kyle W. Daniels, 38, Hermon, with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property on Dec. 19 following an investigation.
Troopers state that a multi-agency investigation determined that Daniels was in possession of stolen property valued at approximately $850 in a vehicle that Daniels was operating. Troopers and sheriff’s deputies located the vehicle.
