WATERTOWN — Bernard E. Plummer Jr., 49, of Clay Street in Watertown, was charged by city police last Monday with petit larceny.
According to police records, Plummer allegedly stole money from the Paddock Club when he used the company’s business card to make a $50 transaction at Family Dollar for merchandise not authorized by the owner of the Paddock Club.
Plummer was given an appearance ticket answerable in City Court.
Jessica L. Mcsweeney, 40, of County Route 12 in Gouverneur, was charged last Monday when police executed a bench warrant.
Mcsweeney was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and held pending arraignment.
Desiree K. More, 31, of East Line Road in Clayton, was charged last Monday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and police executed a warrant of arrest.
According to police records, More allegedly damaged a package of aluminum foil valued at $2.79 from The General Store, Bradley Street, Watertown, when she used her hand to break the seal of the packaging, making the package unsellable.
More was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and processed awaiting arraignment.
Anthony S. Reynolds, 44, of Main Avenue in Watertown, was charged by city police on Tuesday with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both are felonies, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
According to police records, Reynolds allegedly possessed .16 grams of a white chunky substance that tested positive for cocaine.
Police also allege that Reynolds possessed approximately 25 glassine envelopes containing a white powder substance that tested positive for fentanyl with the intent to sell.
It is also alleged by police that Reynolds possessed 8.21 grams of methamphetamine and a set of digital scales packaged in a manner consistent with the intent to sell.
Police further allege that Reynolds possessed a set of CR digital scales with a white residue that tested positive for methamphetamine, used for weighing or measuring controlled substances with the intent to use the scales for manufacturing, packaging, or dispensing any narcotic drug or stimulant.
Reynolds was held pending arraignment in City Court.
Joseph L. Clark, 35, of Mosher Road in Great Bend, was charged on Tuesday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, no/insufficient tail lamps, and police executed a bench warrant.
Clark was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and processed awaiting arraignment.
Chad D. Scheg, 49, with no listed address, was charged on Wednesday when police executed a bench warrant.
Scheg was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, processed, and held pending arraignment.
Jonathan Cruz Cruz, 49, of Creekwood Drive in Watertown, was charged by city police on Wednesday with alcohol/cannabis in a motor vehicle on a highway, driving while intoxicated, and an illegal signal.
Cruz Cruz was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, processed, and released with three traffic tickets returnable to City Court.
Tyler J. Shaw, 29, with no listed address, was charged by city police on Tuesday with petit larceny and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
According to police records, Shaw allegedly stole a Gerber multi-tool, valued at $59.99, from Tractor Supply.
It is also alleged by police that Shaw ran several blocks from multiple uniformed police officers after being advised to stop.
Shaw was processed and held pending arraignment on other charges.
