WATERTOWN — Calvin A. Scott, 18, of Brown Road in Mannsville, was charged by city police on Monday with third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
According to police records, Scott allegedly fled an officer in a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado at speeds over 25 mph over the 30 mph speed limit and engaged in reckless driving on city streets.
Scott was processed and held pending arraignment in CAP Court.
Haylee M. Jackson, 21, of South Hamilton Street in Watertown, was charged by city police on Monday with second-degree harassment.
According to police records, Jackson allegedly spit in the victim’s face, then slapped them across the face, pulled their hair, and bit them on the left bicep, leaving a mark.
Jackson was given a criminal summons and is due to appear in City Court.
Paul J. Trombley, 55, of North Rutland Street, was charged on March 6 with petit larceny, third-degree assault, and police executed a warrant of arrest.
According to police records, Trombley allegedly threw a piece of ice at the victim, striking their forehead and causing bruising, swelling, and a concussion.
Police further allege that Trombley took a cell phone belonging to the victim and refused to give the item back.

According to police records, Howard allegedly stole $65.15 worth of merchandise from Family Dollar after being told in October that she was formally trespassed from the property.

Justin P. Stiles, 46, with no listed address, was charged by city police on Thursday with second-degree criminal trespass.
