Bahuguna Law Associates has announced a strategic expansion of its disputes practice with the establishment of a dedicated white-collar crime vertical, with new partner Laksh Khanna leading the team.

This move brings the firm’s total partnership strength to five, while the new practice has been launched for specialised legal counsel in complex regulatory prosecutions and economic offences.

Khanna brings more than 15 years of experience in high-stakes litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on anti-corruption matters, money laundering and economic offences. Before joining Bahuguna Law, he served as an additional public prosecutor at Delhi High Court.

Before this role, he advised on defence mandates as part of the criminal litigation team at Karanjawala & Co. He has represented clients across sectors, including real estate, pharmaceuticals, banking and media.

Diksha Suri, formerly an associate at Kred Jure, and Riya Jain, previously a law researcher at Delhi High Court, will join Khanna.
