Megastar Chiranjeevi recently underwent a minor keyhole (arthroscopic) surgery on his right shoulder. Renowned arthroscopy surgeon Dr. Nithin successfully performed the procedure.

The actor revealed through X (Twitter) that he is recovering quickly and has already resumed his daily activities. For the past few days, Chiranjeevi was seen wearing an arm sling on his right hand, which created concern among fans and industry circles.

Responding to the questions about his health, Megastar clarified on social media that it was only a minor shoulder keyhole surgery and there was nothing to worry about.

Recently, when Allu Aravind and family visited Chiru’s residence to hand over the wedding invitation of Allu Sirish, and during appearances at eye and blood bank events, he was seen with the bandage. Despite the pain, Chiranjeevi greeted everyone with a smile.

Sharing a photo with Dr. Nithin on X, Chiranjeevi wrote: “Many well-wishers asked about my health after seeing the bandage on my hand. I underwent a minor keyhole surgery on my shoulder. The procedure went very smoothly under the supervision of arthroscopy surgeon Dr. Nithin. My heartfelt thanks for his expertise and care. I am recovering now and have started my regular routine.”

Even as he approaches his seventies, the pace at which he does films hasn’t slowed down. Chiranjeevi is currently acting in the socio-fantasy film Vishwambhara, directed by Vassishta. The film features several high-voltage action episodes and stunts.

Such shoulder strain is common for star heroes during action shoots, and the minor surgery has resolved the issue. He is expected to focus on post-production work and upcoming projects with full fitness.
