HP launches HyperX Omen 15 gaming laptop in India

HP on Tuesday (January 27, 2026) launched the new HyperX Omen 15 gaming laptop in India. It also marks the beginning of HP’s new HyperX gaming series, unveiled at CES 2026, suited for AAA titles and content creation.
HP HyperX Omen 15 runs on Windows 11 and utilises the 14th Gen Intel Core i7-14650HX processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 GPU.
HP HyperX Omen gets a 15.3-inch 2.5K (2560 x 1600) IPS display with a 180 Hz refresh rate, 3ms response time, and 500 nits brightness, 91% space-to-body ratio, and 100% sRGB coverage.
The new HP HyperX Omen 15 features an 8K polling rate keyboard and up to 170W total processor power (TPP).
The new gaming laptop comes with Omen AI and Unleashed Mode that claim to automatically enhances performance and manages thermals in real time. It also features Omen Tempest Cooling, a mechanism that reverses airflow to remove dust via Omen Gaming Hub. HP’s Omen AI beta is available worldwide.
Omen Gaming Hub further offers personalisation like customizable per-key RGB and optional RGB light bar.
HP’s HyperX Omen 15 gaming laptop will sell on Flipkart and select offline channels starting at ₹1,49,999 in Shadow Black colour.
