Health Update: Spring Into Self Care Wellness Expo – What Experts Say

Cadence Chiropractic & Contrast will host its annual Spring Into Self Care Wellness Expo on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This free, community-focused event invites individuals and families in Eden Prairie and surrounding areas to explore local wellness resources, connect with small businesses, and discover simple ways to support their well-being.

Held at Cadence Chiropractic & Contrast, the Expo will feature a curated group of local vendors, including chiropractic care, massage therapy, fitness, nutrition, holistic health services, and a selection of local artisans offering handmade goods. The event highlights and supports small, locally owned businesses while creating a space for the community to connect around health and wellness.

Guests will be encouraged to visit each vendor through an interactive wellness bingo activity, designed to make the experience both educational and engaging. Participants can enter raffle drawings for prizes provided by local businesses, with additional opportunities to win by completing their bingo cards. The first 30 attendees will also receive curated goodie bags featuring samples and special offers from participating vendors.
