“WorkWell represents the type of forward-thinking programming our business community needs,” said Di Thompson, 2026 Chair of the SCV Chamber Board. “It brings together leaders and professionals to focus on what truly drives success, people. By investing in workplace wellbeing and performance, organizations are strengthening not only their teams, but their long-term growth and impact.”
At a time when organizations are navigating workforce challenges, retention pressures and increasing demands for performance, WorkWell delivers practical, real-world strategies that directly impact productivity, engagement and long-term success.
