The identity introduces a cohesive visual system designed to communicate both clinical authority and human care. A distinctive graphic signature inspired by a doctor’s handwritten mark symbolizes personal accountability, while a precise typographic system, restrained color palette, and balanced photographic style reinforce credibility and confidence.

A Unified Digital Experience:
Alice also designed and developed a new digital ecosystem that brings the brand to life through a clear and intuitive online experience. The new website integrates education, product discovery, and e-commerce into a cohesive journey that helps consumers better understand their eye health while easily finding relevant solutions. The e-commerce experience was intentionally designed as an extension of the educational framework—supporting informed decision-making through clarity and guidance rather than urgency.

As part of the transformation, Alice led a comprehensive data migration from seven legacy systems, consolidating user accounts, marketing systems, and operational data into a streamlined platform designed to support long-term growth.
