{Funding Alert} OZi raises $6.2 Mn in Series A to expand quick commerce for kids products in India
OZi, a quick commerce platform focused on baby and kids’ products, has raised $6.2 million in a Series A funding round led by RTP Global. The round also saw participation from existing investors Blume Ventures, Huddle Ventures, and Zeropearl VC.
The funding round included backing from several angel investors such as Kishore Biyani and founders from companies including Unacademy, Mosaic Wellness, Livspace, Vetic, Magicpin, Spinny, Pristyn Care, and Handpicked.
This Series A round follows the company’s earlier $3.3 million seed funding raised in October 2025, led by Blume Ventures, with participation from Huddle Ventures, Zeropearl VC, and Untitled Ventures. The seed capital supported the launch of operations in Gurugram and the development of a cross-functional leadership team.
Founded in 2025 by Amit Sah, OZi is headquartered in Gurugram and operates as a quick commerce platform offering curated products for children aged 0 to 12 years. Its portfolio includes over 15,000 products across categories such as apparel, toys, baby care, nursing and feeding essentials, school supplies, pharmacy items, daily consumables, gifting, and larger baby gear.
The platform operates кругл-the-clock with delivery timelines of up to 60 minutes, along with scheduled delivery options. Since its launch in Gurugram, the company has reported 12X growth within five months and has recently expanded its services to Noida.
The newly raised capital will be used to strengthen OZi’s presence across Gurugram and the wider NCR region, while also investing in technology, operations, brand building, and expanding its curated product range.
“I’ve seen how parents today move across platforms just to complete one basket,” said Amit Sah, Founder & CEO, OZi.
“Convenience is not just about a ten-minute delivery. It is about finding the right product, at the right time, from a trusted brand, without compromise, all in one place. Scale will be the natural outcome of solving convenience consistently for young parents. We’re grateful for the continued support of our investors who believe in this vision and our model.”
Madhur Makkar, Principal, RTP Global, said, “Amit brings strong, hands-on operational experience and a clear understanding of how modern parenting behaviour is evolving – from search-led transactions to trust-led, convenience-driven platforms. The discipline and clarity with which he is building OZi, investing early in leadership, systems and capability, are creating a strong foundation for scale.”
With this funding, OZi aims to strengthen its position in the quick commerce segment for baby and kids’ products while scaling operations in key urban markets.
