Lucknow: Nirbal Indian Shoshit Hamara Aam Dal (NISHAD) Party will celebrate completing 10 years in politics.Party national president and fisheries minister of UP Sanjay Nishad said that events will be held in four districts of UP to tell people how far the party came in national and state politics in these 10 years. NISHAD Party was registered in Gorakhpur in Aug 2016. The first event, therefore, will be held in Gorakhpur on Mar 22 in which party workers, supporters and people from fishermen communities will participate.The other events will be held in Varanasi, Prayagraj, and Meerut.NISHAD Party is an ally of BJP in UP and is part of the govt. The party represents Nishads or ‘machhua’ in UP, who are a riverine community. It was formed to seek SC status for all sub-castes of Nishads in UP.
