EJAE is getting ready for Hollywood’s biggest night. The Oscars entertainment
As for this year’s live entertainment, fans can expect performances of two Oscar-nominated original songs: “Golden” from Netflix’s Oscar-nominated animated mega-hit, “KPop Demon Hunters,” and “I Lied to You” from “Sinners,” the buzzy film that’s leading this year’s Oscars with a record 16 nominations.
Singers Ejae, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami — the singing voices behind Huntrix, the fictional K-pop group featured in “KPop Demon Hunters” — will perform the hit song from the film.
According to the Academy, the performance will begin by blending Korean instrumentalists and dance, “celebrating the folklore and cultural inspiration” rooted in the film’s story.
Ryan Coogler’s blues-steeped vampire epic “Sinners” led all films with 16 nominations to the 98th Academy Awards on Thursday, setting a record for the most in Oscar history.
Miles Caton and Raphael Saadiq will perform “I Lied to You,” joined by Misty Copeland, Eric Gales, Buddy Guy, Brittany Howard, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Jayme Lawson, Li Jun Li, Bobby Rush, Shaboozey and Alice Smith.
The Academy said the performance will “explore the role music plays in the film’s storytelling” and is designed to be an homage to the “singular visual style” of “Sinners.”
The live entertainment lineup at the 2026 Oscars will also include appearances by singer Josh Groban and the Los Angeles Master Chorale.
The 98th annual Academy Awards airs live at 4 p.m. on ABC and Hulu.
