Knutsford Health and Wellness Week, running from March 14–22, invites you to discover the town’s health and wellbeing businesses ready and waiting to serve both residents and visitors alike.
Sandra Curties, town centre manager, says: ‘We are delighted to host a week-long event showcasing the exceptional health and wellbeing services available here in Knutsford. By offering complimentary and discounted taster sessions, we’re making it easier than ever for residents and visitors to explore new wellness techniques.
‘Knutsford is proud to house a diverse range of health and wellness professionals ‒ from fitness, yoga and Pilates studios to beauty, dental, hearing, sight and mental health ‒ and this year’s programme truly offers something for everyone.’

The week starts with Re-Fresh Knutsford, a community fair showcasing local groups, clubs, classes and volunteer opportunities alongside many of Knutsford’s wellbeing businesses then, across the week, visitors can enjoy free tasters, talks and workshops, including Pilates, yoga, boxing, circuit training, massage, sound baths and hypnotherapy. Health checks and screenings are also available, covering dry eye care, oral health, osteopathy, cardiovascular wellness, hearing tests and musculoskeletal assessments. Specialist talks will cover nutrition, menopause, infant and child food, posture and relationship coaching.
