Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin inaugurated several development projects valued at Rs 44.88 crore in North Chennai on Sunday, according to the government release. The projects aim to improve infrastructure and community services in the region.

Among the initiatives, Stalin launched three projects by the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, costing Rs 28.25 crore, within his Kolathur Assembly constituency. These projects included a new park, a commemorative pillar with a musical fountain, and facilities for sports enthusiasts, such as badminton courts.

Additionally, the Greater Chennai Corporation introduced a library, a modern market, and a government school offering 14 classrooms, benefiting local students. Welfare assistance for the community, including educational resources, sewing machines, and health supplies, was also distributed.
