US: San Francisco-based Canary Technologies has introduced an artificial intelligence agent building tool, Hospitality AI Agent Studio.
Hospitality AI Agent Studio is said to be the first dedicated agent builder in the hospitality sector. With it, users will be able to build and create AI assistants to navigate hotel workflows.
Canary has produced hospitality agents before, but Hospitality AI Agent Studio is its first product which allows individual hoteliers to configure and deploy agents specific to the needs of their business.
The program comes with pre-sets, allowing users to tweak front desk, concierge or central reservations templates to fit individual needs.
“AI is fundamentally reshaping how hotels operate and serve guests,” said Canary Technologies president, SJ Sawhney. “In addition to delivering AI-powered tools, we are giving hoteliers the ability to design and deploy their own intelligent agents across their operations. We’re excited to help usher in this new era for agentic AI in hospitality.”
Canary said its existing contracts will allow for quick integration with hotels across the globe.
