Caprice Cayetano and Lella Ford were officially named the Kapuso and Kapamilya Big Winners, respectively, at the Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 Big Night on February 28, 2026, at Crossroads Center in Quezon City.
In this landmark season—a collaboration between ABS-CBN’s Star Magic and GMA-7’s Sparkle Artist Center—both young stars emerged from a field of 20 Gen Z celebrities after 18 weeks inside the PBB house. Cayetano dominated the Kapuso vote with 61.78% support to earn the Kapuso Big Winner title, while Ford secured 53.63% of the Kapamilya votes to claim her win. Each took home ₱1 million in prize money.
The finale also showcased the season’s standout players: Heath Jornales and Krystal Mejes finished as second big placers, taking ₱500,000 each, while Ashley Sarmiento and Joaquin Arce earned third place honors (₱300,000 each), and Princess Aliyah and Miguel Vergara rounded out the top four with ₱200,000 each.
This edition marked another milestone in Philippine reality TV by bringing together talents from rival networks in a shared competition format. Hosts included Bianca Gonzalez, Luis Manzano, and a roster of experienced presenters, with performances and guest appearances from top artists adding to the Big Night’s entertainment spectacle.
Caprice Cayetano, 17, is a homegrown Kapuso actress known for her early work as a child star and for her acting stints in GMA shows. Lella Ford, 21, is a rising Kapamilya artist, known as the daughter of actress Karla Estrada and the youngest sister of Kapamilya superstar Daniel Padilla.
