Join the Health & Wellness Expo on March 14 for free screenings and affordable lab tests at Coshocton Regional Medical Center
Coshocton Regional Medical Center will have providers, nurses and staff from a variety of disciplines to provide free screenings, offer selected laboratory screenings for a minimal charge, and offer valuable information about getting and staying healthy from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 14 at the Health & Wellness Expo.
Blood draws
Coshocton Regional Medical Center Laboratory will offer blood screenings beginning at 8 a.m. For best results, participants are advised to fast for 12 hours prior to completing the test. The tests and prices are as follows:
—Complete Blood Count: $12.
—Chem 8 (glucose, BUN, creatinine, sodium, potassium, chloride, carbon dioxide and calcium: $11.
—Lipid Profile (cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL: $18.
—Thyroid Stimulation Hormone: $24.
—A1C: $14.
—Total for all: $79.
Free screenings
Coshocton Regional Medical Center’s team will be on-site offering a variety of free screenings including glucose and blood pressure screenings. Screenings are free of charge to all expo attendees.

Need a primary care provider? Coshocton Regional Medical Center’s Family Physicians Clinic and Arrowhead Clinic are accepting new patients from birth to adulthood. Come meet the team at the expo. They will share tips on how to live a healthy and active lifestyle. They also will offer free blood pressure and glucose screenings.
Surgery services here at home
Join the surgery department to hear about all the procedures that can be done at CRMC. These procedures include laparoscopic surgery for gallbladder, appendectomy and hernia repair, colonoscopy, thyroid surgery, breast surgery, and skin procedures. Surgical treatments that also can be provided are treatments for ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, diverticulitis, bowel resection, colon and rectal cancer, gastrointestinal bleeding, and hemorrhoids. March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. Come talk with the team about early detection and screenings.
Wound care
Meet the team of the newly opened wound care center. Learn about advanced treatment options for those with chronic nonhealing wounds. The hospital offers a comprehensive treatment program utilizing advanced medical and surgical treatments.

Diagnostic imaging
Come meet the diagnostics team to learn more about the various aspects of the radiology department and how specialized clinicians can assist you locally with any diagnostic care you may need including CT scans, 3D mammography, MRI, nuclear imaging, ultrasounds, echocardiography, radiography X-rays, flouroscopy and more.

In addition to the urgent care clinic, patients have the additional choices of two walk-in health clinics in Warsaw and Newcomerstown. Both walk-in clinics can care for patients locally who need to be seen by a medical provider and cannot wait for an appointment. The clinic also creates an option for individuals to seek care who do not have an established primary care provider. A variety of services will be provided for community members with general illnesses and mild injuries. Both clinics are now open, and no appointments are needed.
The Warsaw Walk-In Clinic is located at 221 Railroad St. in Warsaw. The Newcomerstown Walk-In Clinic is located at 6307 E. State St. in Newcomerstown. This clinic operates within the Arrowhead Primary Care Clinic as an addition to the current services provided to the community of Newcomerstown. Stop by their booth at the expo to learn more.
