The popular burlesque acts at the Lower East Side Club reportedly refused to appear on stage last Friday night because of his presence in the audience. He showed up alongside his brother at the fashion week event organized by promoters Matteo Garzia and Alessandro Brioschi.

The staff, who are quite popular for displaying sexual stunts including fake poop and pee, could not stand the fact that the brothers were on the premises. According to an insider, they were shocked that “a guardian of the Box’s notoriously tough-to-get-into velvet rope would allow in such a repulsive figure.”

The source clarified further that it was the second show of the act, which was the smaller late-night act that Andrew came to see, and nothing happened. A lawyer for the media personality, however, claimed to Page Six that the story was untrue.

The Podcaster’s Civil Trial Is Slated For June 2026

Aside from staff being allegedly weirded out by his presence in their establishment, Andrew also has a civil trial case to prepare for. The 16-day trial, according to the BBC, was initially scheduled to start on the 22nd of February 2027, but the date was shifted backwards by the judge, and it will commence this June.

The court judge had reportedly expressed interest in the case as Andrew was dragged to court by four women over allegations of sexual violence. One of the victims claimed he dragged her by the throat on several occasions in 2015, pointed a gun in her face, and assaulted her with a belt.

The trial could last up to five weeks, and the claimants welcomed the judge’s decision to shift the court date forward, stressing that they have already spent years waiting for justice, and it is in the best interest of everyone that Andrew goes to trial before 2027.

Andrew Tate Is In The Middle Of Court Cases In Three Countries

This civil case is reportedly one of several legal challenges Andrew is fighting, with a handful involving his brother, Tristan. The duo is currently facing criminal and civil lawsuits in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Romania.

In the latter, the brothers are facing allegations of human trafficking, trafficking of minors, and money laundering, alongside an allegation of rape involving Andrew. A travel ban was even imposed on the brothers in Romania, although it has since been lifted, and they have made trips to Dubai and the United States.

The media personality’s ex-girlfriend, Bri Stern, filed a lawsuit against him in Los Angeles in March, claiming he sexually assaulted her, committed battery, and committed gender violence against her.

Andrew and Tristan were detained in Bucharest after Bedfordshire Police in the United Kingdom claimed it obtained an arrest warrant stemming from allegations of rape and trafficking between 2012 and 2015.

Following Stern’s lawsuit, Andrew responded with a countersuit, insisting that her claims against him are false and thus demanded monetary settlement for defaming his character and name through false allegations.

He claimed that his ex deliberately started a smear campaign against him by spinning the narrative that he choked her during sex against her will. As shared by The Blast, Andrew added that her allegations were laced with malice and intent to gain fame and clout from his destruction.

Andrew also responded to her lawsuit last March, noting that medical evidence and findings from experts indicated that her injuries were from cosmetic procedures and not from his assaulting her.

The YouTuber shared that his ex had used the same template for a man in 2022 with the intention of getting a financial settlement from him.

The British actor was accused of sexual assault by four women between 2006 and 2013 when he worked as a presenter for BBC Radio 2 and Channel 4. The Blast added that other claims of the actor being controlling, abusive, and predatory also emerged from more women.

However, billionaire Musk and Andrew were right on the scene to defend the actor despite the gravity of these allegations. The X owner agreed with Brand’s rebuttal of the allegations, stating that it was an agenda to take him down, as all sexual encounters he has had with women so far have been purely consensual.

Tate also described the accusations as a “Matrix Attack,” as many commenters condemned their stance, attacking Brand that he is surrounded by rape apologists.
