Being Gordon Ramsay has launched on Netflix today (Wednesday, 18th February) and appears set to become another major success for the streaming platform.
Following revealing documentaries about high-profile personalities including the Beckhams and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in recent times, audiences will gain extraordinary access into the life and professional journey of one of Britain’s most prominent culinary figures.
The Kitchen Nightmares presenter is followed over a six-month timeframe in this revealing six-part documentary as he undertakes his most challenging venture to date; launching five distinctive dining establishments at the summit of 22 Bishopsgate, among London’s tallest structures.
Audiences will also witness intimate conversations with Gordon, his wife Tana and their offspring, several of whom have already achieved remarkable success independently.

Gordon and Tana have brought six children into the world since marrying in 1996.
Their firstborn, Megan, is 27, followed by twins Holly and Jack, who are 26. Matilda ‘Tilly’ Ramsay is 24.
Their youngest children are Oscar, six, and Jesse, who is two years of age.
Throughout conversations in the Netflix documentary, Gordon acknowledges some remorse regarding how extensively his intensive career stopped him from spending time with his kids and pledges to treasure the moments he has with Oscar and Jesse. Reflecting on his priorities, he revealed: “I think I’ll make more time for Oscar and Jesse,” adding: “Just psychologically, I want to make more time for them because I don’t want them to say, ‘You missed my first day of school, you missed my play, you missed my football match’.”
He candidly admitted: “I feel… I didn’t let them down, I feel like I could have been there a bit more truthfully. But I’m s*** at nativity plays, I’m s*** at Christmas carols, I’m s*** at sports day because I want to compete and beat all the dads. And so maybe it was a good thing I didn’t do that.”

Gordon and Tana’s grown-up offspring have all carved out thriving careers, with most choosing paths different from their father’s culinary profession.
Megan has maintained a private profile and serves as a police officer with the Metropolitan Police as of 2023.
