Health Update: Prime IV Hydration & Wellness Tops 200 Locations, $100M in Revenue – What Experts Say

The IV therapy franchise added 53 locations in 2025 and enters this year with expansion and new services on the roadmap

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness has entered 2026 with 208 open locations, $100 million in systemwide revenue and 35 new franchise agreements already in hand.

The Colorado Springs-based franchise added 53 locations in 2025, expanding into Connecticut and Nebraska and reported 41% year-over-year systemwide revenue growth. The company attributed the growth to rising membership adoption and an expanded service menu that now includes Buccal nutrient strips, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and Niagen, an NAD+ precursor.

Eight locations exceeded $1 million in annual revenue last year, with the top-performing unit generating over $3.2 million. Total locations sold now stand at 324 across 42 states and D.C.

The brand’s CEO and founder Amy Neary said the franchise plans to open additional locations, enter new markets, introduce new services and invest in franchisee support and technology in the year ahead.

“2025 was a pivotal year for Prime IV,” Neary said. “From expanding our national presence to introducing new, science-backed wellness offerings and strengthening our support for franchise owners, every milestone we reached this year reflects the strength of our brand and the dedication of our franchisees.”

Neary launched the concept in 2017 before pivoting to a franchise model in 2020. Administered by medically trained professionals, treatments take place in a spa-like setting with zero-gravity massage chairs, soothing music, blankets, cozy socks and infused water.

IV therapies available include immune support, anti-aging and skin health, energy and vitality, weight loss and metabolism, athletic performance and recovery, altitude and travel support, hangover recovery and detox, general relief and restoration and pre- and post-surgery support. Select locations offer a weight management and metabolic health program, as well as Sermorelin injections for anti-aging and physical performance.

Prime IV offers three membership tiers: Select, Essentials and Transformation, ranging from a single monthly IV drip with injection add-ons to two monthly drips and a wider selection of injections, all with VIP status and discounts on additional treatments.
