MASSENA — The Massena Police Department charged Hunter T. White, 37, of Akwesasne, Ontario, with felony counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon: ammunition feeding device on Jan. 29.
He was arraigned in Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $10,000 bail.
