Health Update: Health Update: Pop-up event spreads peace, health and wellness in Milton Keynes – What Experts Say– What Experts Say.
Milton Keynes residents were treated to a free wellbeing event with complimentary drink samples, mental health services, a relaxing breathwork class and much more.
The pop-up wellbeing event was a breath of fresh air.. literally! With calming breathwork classes, mental health services, complimentary health brand samples and much more.
Event organiser, Maisie Stanford said: “Everyone has really loved it. Everyone has come away with smiles on their faces. Women going home and telling their husbands about the men’s mental health group is a massive thing.
“It gave people a moment to pause away from their desks. I think people have really appreciated it.”

The event, based at Unity Place, showcased a collection of pop-up experiences aimed at helping people feel great from the inside out. Stands included crystal healing, a grief navigation service, a clinic focused on hormone health, handmade home decor and much more.
Mental health charity MIND BLMK joined the event, along with The Man’s Cave – a support group giving men a safe space to openly discuss their mental health.
Cycle Your Heart Out, gave a unique cycling meditation experience blending movement and mindfulness, while Tiny Tera gave guests a look into the world of miniature gardens living inside glass bottles.
Guests enjoyed free complimentary drink samples such as MOJU Gut Health Shots, Hip Pop fizzy drinks made with live cultures and DASH Water made with real fruit.

The event was held today (January 29) to mark the launch of a series of breathwork sessions running at Unity Place. Guests were treated to a free session, giving them a moment to slow down and reset their nervous system.
The breathwork sessions are aimed at reducing stress and reconnecting with mind and body. Visit the Unity Place website for information on future sessions and additional events.
