On Saturday, February 7, 2026, ahead of the big game, The Lake House on Canandaigua is hosting SuperWell, a one-day immersive wellness experience designed to restore, recharge, and reconnect. SuperWell brings together movement, mindfulness, and modern wellbeing through a lineup of expert-led talks, immersive workshops, and a wellness marketplace spotlighting regional practitioners and brands. “SuperWell is designed to be approachable, educational, and deeply restorative,” says Alex Schnoeller, general manager at The Lake House on Canandaigua. “It’s about creating space for people to slow down, learn from trusted experts, and walk away with tools they can actually use, all before a weekend that’s often focused on indulgence and distraction.”

The Event Barn will transform into a curated Wellness Collective featuring local and regional wellness brands, practitioners and experiences.
