Get inspired to turn 2026 into a healthy year. The largest health and wellness event in Southern California is back with new food vendors, expanded health expert seminars and a bike ride and bike valet service courtesy of Bike Palm Springs.

The event will take place Jan. 24 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Ruth Hardy Park and will benefit Martha’s Village and Kitchen, The Pink Journey Foundation and Palm Springs Frontrunners.

Sign up now for the USATF-certified 5K and 10K runs, 1K Fun Run or bike ride at palmspringshealthrun.com. Registration includes a shirt, a backpack, Townie Bagels and coffee, protein and fruit snacks and finishers medals.

Produced by Hocker Productions, the Palm Springs Health Run & Wellness Festival is presented by the Desert Healthcare District and Foundation.

Emcees with be KESQ News Channel 3 Meteorologist Katie Boer and community leader and advocate Scott Nevins. DJ Modgirl will bring the beats and keep everyone moving.

The festival has grown substantially since its inception 12 years ago and now has more than 80 health and wellness booths showcasing the latest in nutrition, exercise techniques, KESQ News Channel 3 Food Challenge, massages, a rock climbing wall, vaccines and a vast array of health testing.
