Keanu Reeves and Alexandra Grant just delivered wholesome celebrity content, gliding — and wobbling — their way through a dreamy date night at New York City’s Rockefeller Center ice rink.

The couple shared sweet snaps and a swoony video on skates in front of the iconic Christmas tree on Grant’s Instagram on Tuesday, according to People magazine. Grant, 52, set the scene by revealing that the outing came after Reeves invited her out following a performance on Broadway.

“Last Monday, after the run of Waiting for Godot, Keanu invited me on a date in New York City,” Grant wrote. Reeves, 61, made his Broadway debut in the Samuel Beckett revival opposite his Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure co-star Alex Winter. The show wrapped Jan. 4, freeing the actor up for some old-school romance — ice skates and all.
Grant also gave love to the “skating community” and the Rockefeller Center rink, where the pair were photographed holding hands, stealing kisses and gamely trying to stay upright.
“You made us feel right at home, cheering us on, and offering us hot cocoa and pompom hats,” she wrote, thanking the staff who helped make the night extra special.

Spreading more good vibes, Grant also cheered on athletes gearing up for the Milan Winter Olympics, tagging @milanocortina2026 and praising the next generation of skaters for doing things their own way — from training styles to music choices.

Reeves and Grant linked since 2011
Reeves and Grant have been linked since 2011 but went public with their romance in 2019. They also co-founded X Artists Books in 2017.
While famously private, Reeves has stepped out with Grant at select red carpets, including for his June 2025 film From the World of John Wick: Ballerina, a source told People in 2024.
Grant recently shared another cozy moment with Reeves ringing in the New Year at Joe’s Pub in NYC with Sandra Bernhard, writing, “Here’s to 2026 and more sweet moments together!”
Reeves’ next project is Jonah Hill’s Outcome, also starring Hill and Cameron Diaz.
