The 44-year-old is finding it difficult to handle the heightened interest she attracts, with insiders suggesting additional challenges lie ahead for the pair.

Their relationship faced another obstacle when Sydney reconnected with her former fiancé Jonathan Davino in Los Angeles during November. Sources indicate that Scooter has “old school” sensibilities and finds it challenging when Sydney seeks personal space.

An insider revealed to The Sun, “Sydney has always been fiercely independent. She values time alone — whether that’s travelling by herself, going out with girlfriends, or just switching off. Scooter prefers togetherness, and he’s still adjusting to that.”

Rumors surrounding Sydney and Scooter’s romance initially emerged after they were photographed taking a romantic walk through Venice, Italy, while attending the lavish nuptials of Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez.

The former “Euphoria” actress had previously confirmed she called off her engagement to her long-term boyfriend, Jonathan, in March of 2025, after weeks of split speculation and delaying their planned ceremony, reports the Irish Star.

Scooter was formerly wed to South African-Canadian campaigner Yael Cohen. The couple ended their marriage after seven years together and welcoming three children, Jagger, Levi, and Hart.
