We think more of you need to be talking about the fact that The Traitors is returning for a brand-new civilian series on NEW YEAR’S DAY. There we said it.

Yes, Christmas is very exciting, yes, New Year’s Eve is very exciting, and yes, OF COURSE, Love Island All Stars 2026 is very exciting, but nothing quite brings us all together like a fresh batch of Traitors, and we’re just days away from new episodes.

We said it. We feel better. Commence obsessive behaviour, please.

Speaking of Traitors, if you picked up a copy of last week’s heat magazine you’ll have spotted that we gave Celebrity Traitors icon *MAYBE SOMEONE’S BEEN RECRUITED* Kate Garraway a Claudia Winkleman makeover for this year’s Stars Dress Up – and not to toot our own horn, but she looked downright uncanny.

During the shoot back in November we pulled Kate for a quick chat about Celebrity Traitors and she spilled some unexpected tea on those tense af Round Tables with a fiery Claudia.

Those who watch the show will know that Claudia can tend to let rip (in an angry way, not in a Celia farting way) if the Faithful fail in their duties to catch Traitors at the Round Table – and given that the celebrity Faithful were DIRE, Claudia was naturally a bit peeved. The phrase, ‘you are breaking my heart’ comes to mind – that, and a montage of Faithful portraits being flung to the floor in frustration.

Naturally, we had to ask Kate what it’s like to be on the receiving end of a Claudia telling-off at the Round Table and she describe the experience as ‘terrifying’.

While dressed as Claudia (which was a very odd, meta experience), Kate told heat, ‘It it both terrifying and the highest badge of honour.’

Does anyone know if Claudia is on Cameo? We would totally pay for that experience.

The Traitors series four will see 22 people from across the UK descend on the Scottish Highlands to try and win up to £120k. Starting in the new year, viewers will once again be treated to the ultimate reality game of trust and treachery with the first few episodes airing as follows:
